I am in my 10th year as the Director of St. Thomas More Preschool.  It has been the experience of a LIFETIME!  This is not only my 10th year at the preschool but my 40th year as an educator.  I worked for 20 years as a classroom teacher, teaching grades 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  I also served as an instructional specialist in a large school district in El Paso and an Education Project Manager for the Education Service Center in El Paso.   In addition, I served as an elementary school principal for 10 years both in El Paso and here in Austin, with Eanes ISD.  As you can see, I have a deep devotion and love for serving children!
My husband, Mario and I have been married for 41 years.   We have 3 grown children; Mario II, Matthew, and Michael,  We are blessed with 8 wonderful grandchildren.  

I have been a member of St. Thomas More Parish for 26 years and am honored to be the Assistant Director of the Preschool.   I have a BBA from St. Edward's University and started my career in the corporate world, but left after having children.   I started teaching at their preschool 19 years ago and never left the preschool environment.  I taught at St. Thomas More Preschool in the 3 and 4-year-old classrooms before moving into the Assistant Director role.

My husband Tony and I married at St. Thomas More 25 years ago and we have three children.  Jacob. a Texas A&M graduate, Caitlin, a senior at St. Edward's University, and Addie, a sophomore in high school.
