Re-opening on campus parish ministry

Please use the process below for planning & preparing for a safe ministry reopening:

Communicate with your staff contact.
Plan with your ministry team. 

• All food needs to be professionally & individually pre-packaged.
• People sign a waiver the first time they come back in person (1 time only).
• No nursery available

• Update parish website.
• Contact Val, Parish Communications Coordinator, to get the word out in the bulletin and social media.
• Email your group.

• Coordinate any tech supplies & support needed (especially if offering a hybrid (online & in-person) option
• Masks are not required but are recommended for anyone who is not fully vaccintated
• Use your best judgement in observing social distancing. Be respectful of other's social distancing comfort-zones.
• Encourage people to use hand sanitizer when they enter the building.
• Have people sign a waiver the first time they come back in person (1 time only).
• Any food offered needs to be professionally prepared or professionally individually pre-packaged  (bottled water, personal snack packs, etc).
