The 2017-2018 RE registration form is available to the right in the Documents to Download section.

Things to remember for registration:

  • Registration must be done in person (a friend can register for you if you are unavailable)
  • Baptism certificates are required for all children receiving a sacrament this upcoming school year  (1st Communion or Confirmation).
  • Registration fees are $60 per child, or $210 for 4 or more children. Fees increase after September 12 to $70 per child.

Home Study

Are you having RE scheduling problems? We offer a Home Study program for grades 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. (Sacrament years are not an option for Home Study). This would be a great way to spend quality time with your child while teaching them Religious Education.  Pick up materials on Tuesday, Oct 10 or Thursday, Oct 12, at 7:00pm in Brennan Auditorium. There is a $20 fee for materials.

Older Student Sacrament Preparation Program (OSSP)

Does your child over the age of 7 (past 2nd grade) need to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation or Eucharist? This program is designed for any student in grades 3-8 who has not received these sacraments.  Children need to be registered in Religious Ed classes.  (Grades 3-5 need to attend Monday evening RE classes.) Please contact Cynthia Jordan for information 512-258-1944 or inquire at RE registration.

Teen Confirmation

Confirmation classes for teens, grades 9-12, are held in the Spring semester. Teens must be registered, active participants in Life Teen and must have been active participants in Religious Ed for at least one year prior to their Confirmation year. A class for Special Needs students will be offered. More information can be found on the Life Teen page.

Please note that a Baptism certificate is required for any student who will be confirmed this school year. These can be turned in to the RE office.
