Fees & Stipends

Although religion is a spiritual experience, places of worship are institutions, which require financial support. Therefore, we request the following amounts for the use of church facilities for a wedding. If such a request poses a problem for the couple, the fees may be adjusted accordingly. Included in this fee is the assistance of our Bridal Coordinator, Lourdes Alonso, who will assist in liturgy planning, and will be present at the wedding rehearsal and wedding. 
 

Saturday Wedding 11 a.m., or 2 p.m.
Weekdays – Per case basis

Parishioner $950.00……….Non-Parishioner $1150.00
     
Weddings are celebrated throughout the year, except during Holy Week (begins Palm Sunday weekend).

* A parishioner is anyone oficially registered or who lives within the geographical boundaries of St. Thomas More at the time of booking.
* Priest/Deacon stipends are a free will offering.
* Musician fees are separate.
  
RESERVING THE CHURCH
During your initial interview, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total amount of the church reservation fee. The remainder of the fee must be paid three months prior to the wedding date. 
*We must be aware of any visiting priests for proper delegation to be granted. A Letter of Suitability must be sent to the Diocese of Austin Canonical & Tribunal by his superior to show he is a priest in good standing.
