The Liturgy Director is responsible for the organization, preparation and execution of all liturgies. The Liturgy Director acts as a primary resource person in matters of liturgy to maintain compliance with both the Church and diocesan guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee most weekend Masses as well as all holy day and special liturgies.
• Inspire, empower and lead liturgical and prayer ministries.
• Foster a sense of collaboration and ownership through effective liturgical planning meetings.
• Order and maintain an inventory of all liturgical supplies.
• Prepare and maintain the liturgy budget.

What You’ll Need

• A heart on fire for liturgical excellence in service of our priests and congregation is a must.
• Education and/or experience to coordinate all manner of liturgical events is required.
• Experience with scheduling and managing volunteers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking.
• Ability to work flexible shifts: days, weekends, evenings and holidays (i.e. Easter, Christmas, etc.).
• Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
