A-Frames

• To ensure your message can stand the test of the outdoors, inserts must be made of corrugated plastic material (think yard sign material).
• They should measure 24" W x 36" H.
• The content on the signs need to use the parish brand elements (logo, fonts and colors).

You are welcome to use your preferred production vendor as long as you meet the material and dimension requirements listed above. The parish does have a production vendor we regularly use (reach out to the contact below to get started). With this vendor, the production time takes three to five business days from the time of payment. The cost for two single-sided inserts is around $75 and two double-sided inserts is around $87 (actual pricing subject to change). The cost to produce a-frame inserts will need to be covered by the ministry.

Because we have a limited number of a-frames, to avoid a monopoly, there are two options for placement:

• General Rotation: Up to two inserts can be added to the general rotation. This is ideal for ministries that meet every week. Each week, the placement of these a-frames will rotate through the standard locations.
• Event-Specific Submissions: Up to 12 inserts can be submitted to publicize a specific event for up to two weeks. If fewer than 12 inserts are submitted their placement will follow the rotation of standard locations used for the General Rotation.
