The Transitions Ministry serve the community with confidential listening, understanding and love during times of significant life transitions such as grief, divorce, loss of a job, illness, hospitalized, lonely or discouraged, those experiencing birth or adoption, or for those in other transitions of life that would benefit from an outreach Ministry in a care giving Christian relationship.
