St. Thomas More strives to be a welcoming community offering opportunities for parishioners to participate fully in the parish. The Welcome & Registration Event Committee offers a one hour special event seven times a year for potential parishioners to learn more about St. Thomas More. Volunteer opportunities include registrars, hospitality and reservations. Registrars meet one-on-one with potential parishioners offering valuable information on parish ministries, answer questions and assist with completing the parish registration process. Registrars must attend a two-hour training session. All ministry participants are asked to participate in each of the seven one-hour Welcome & Registration Events held throughout the year. The reservation volunteers can make phone calls from home.

How to Participate:

Registrar	Time Requirement: 2 hours per registration event
Hospitality	Time Requirement: 2 hours per registration event
Reservations	Time Requirement: 2 hours every other month
