At St. Thomas More, we invite the parish to become involved in the preparation of confirmands as sponsors, faith sharers and facilitators. Sponsors listen to and share the faith journey of the 9th through 12th grade comfirmands as they approach and receive Confirmation and afterward by continuing to support them in their desire for union with God. Adult Faith Sharers are trained to facilitate small groups of teens and their discussions revolving around large group presentations during the sessions proximate to the Rite of Confirmation. Catechists give large group presentations on various subjects including spirituality, prayer, and teachings of the church.
